De klantenservice stuurt u dan het GRATIS retouretiket toe.
Doe de cartridge terug in de doos, met gebruikmaking van de verpakkingsfolie en -onderdelen. Sluit de doos stevig af met plakband.
  Vul het vereiste gedeelte van het retouretiket in. Breng het GRATIS etiket aan en stuur de doos naar Verbatim.

Zo eenvoudig is het!
Op deze wijze voorkomt u dat 1,8 kilo plastic en golfkarton op de stortplaats terechtkomt.
